Golf Cart Rental Policy & Rates

In Consideration for the rental of the golf cart provided by Kiplin Rentals.

I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Drive on the LEFT side of the road and beware of blind corners.

Absolutely NO DRIIVING ON THE BEACH OR SAND BANK. Doing so will result in loss of use of cart.

A fee of $150.00 will be charged for each cart key lost.

$250.00 Security Deposit Hold.

Golf carts must be operated properly. Reckless driving or other misuse of cart will not be tolerated.

Golf carts are to be operated on paved roads only. No off road riding.

I understand golf carts are to be subject to the same laws and regulations as any vehicle licensed for public use on public roads in the Bahamas.

I agree that only persons who are 17 Years or older and posses a valid Driver License shall be permitted to drive the gold cart. Regardless of any driving license that may be held from elsewhere no person under the age of 17 may drive any vehicle in the Bahamas.

I agree to be legally and financially liable for all cost or repairs to the golf cart and the loss, damage, downtime, and /or injuries to my person or property and the persons or property of others regardless of fault or condition involved. Liability, damage, and collision insurances is not available for golf carts in the Bahamas.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are required for Winter and Spring season to ensure a cart is available during the days of your stay. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation, and for the duration of your rental for any damages or incidentals.

Please note: We are unable to provide carts to persons staying at homes in the “Narrows” (northern end of the island) due to the condition of the roads. Carts cannot be driven into this area.

Cash, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.

Kiplin Rentals can revoke the privilege of using the golf cart without notice in their sole discretion, for any violation of this agreement.

No Drinking and Driving! Be Safe!

By my signature below, I certify that I understand and agree to the conditions set forth in the Kiplin Rentals Rental Agreement.  I acknowledge that I have signed this document voluntarily and freely and that my signature creates a contractual obligation that binds me, my guests and all passengers.
